Duty-free acquisition applies to clients eligible for import exemptions, such as returning residents or diplomats. Duty-paid acquisition applies to all other buyers. We assess your eligibility during the Discover stage and recommend the right path.
We source primarily from a small number of carefully vetted international markets where we maintain verified supplier relationships and consistent quality standards. If a vehicle falls outside these markets, we'll advise you honestly rather than overpromise.
We walk away. Our inspection is fully independent, with no ties to any seller. If a vehicle doesn't meet our standards, we won't recommend it — regardless of price or availability.
